Modular Concept Tower
This study focuses on the architectural implications of a major structural truss floor required for super tall modular construction.
The tower is designed as two seperate masses, one solid and one glazed. The continuous glazed facade is broken only once by the main structural moment that links both masses and forms the community room and focal point for the building.
The elevator core is pushed to the rear of the building and is covered with a vertical garden of trees and balconies.
