This project is located on a complex triangular site in the heart of the Temescal neighborhood. Two residential bars span the length of the site and float above a network of pedestrian passageways, plazas, and retail spaces.

A professionally operated roof farm covers the entire roof. Green vegetation trickles down the facade in window planter boxes and culminate as elaborate green walls at major pedestrian entry points.
